Where can I see your most recent work?

What is your return or exchange policy if I decide I don't want my artwork?

I do not allow returns or exchanges on prints or originals unless the artwork is damaged during shipping.  Please contact me at klagaras.art@gmail.com with any problems.

How will my artwork be shipped?

When checking out, you will be charged between $10.00 and 30.00, which covers the cost of the materials to package your painting. The rest of the shipping costs will be included in the costs of the painting. Artwork will be shipped through USPS or UPS and will include tracking and insurance.

Prints
All prints 11x14 and smaller will be shipped in a flat cardboard mailer, while larger prints will be placed in cardboard tubes.

Original Artwork
Original Artwork will be wrapped in plastic with cardboard attached to protect the painting. It will then be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a sturdy box with lots of extra paper so that it doesn’t move during shipping.

Do you offer framing?

My original paintings on gallery wrapped canvas come with painted sides and do not require framing. I do not offer frames at this time, but would suggest contacting a local frame shop. They carry beautiful floater frames that I highly recommend to elevate your painting.  

I also recommend putting your print in a beautiful mat and the frame of your choice with many stores to choose from. Pottery Barn, Anthropologie, Target, Hobby Lobby and most art supply stores have a nice variety of frames for your piece of artwork.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we plan to offer Afterpay.

Do you offer local pickup for originals?

Yes! All you need to do is select the local pickup shipping option at check out and I will email you to schedule a time that works best for pickup.

Who owns the artwork?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create, unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the rights, contact me at klagaras.art@gmail.com.  The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.
